Opportunity alert: Work on FairWild's growth in North America and Europe

We are currently seeking two Regional Business Development Representatives to lead on FairWild business growth in key regions (North America and Europe). We are seeking highly motivated professionals to build upon our existing industry engagements and propel the Foundation into the next phase of growth.

The role of the Regional Industry Representatives encompasses advancing the industry growth objectives of the FairWild Foundation, aligning with the overarching strategic goals. Each Representative will be responsible for devising their own workplans, setting targets, and strategizing to achieve the defined objectives outlined below, ensuring successful attainment of these goals.

The primary goals are to:

  • Build awareness of the FairWild brand among key sectors (health and wellness, food and drink, cosmetics) and companies in the focal region (North America or Europe).

  • Grow the pipeline of potential FairWild clients (collection operations, traders/processors, brands and retailers) from these key sectors via engagement at industry events and one-to-one engagement.

  • Convert existing and new industry leads to clients (certified or registered businesses).

  • Support the expanded FairWild involvement of current clients (e.g. adding new species to their certificate, incorporating additional FairWild ingredients into their product ranges, using the FairWild label on additional products).

This role involves working externally and will be suited to an independent individual with prior experience in managing a client portfolio, coupled with expertise in engaging with the botanical industry on matters of sustainability, international certification, and eco-labeling.
