FairWild: The future of sustainable herbal ingredients?

The pioneering FairWild Standard is about protecting our wild plant species and the beauty of their natural habitats, whilst at the same time ensuring the people who grow and harvest them can maintain a decent and dignified livelihood. In this talk, OHTC’s standards and certification officer, Matt Richards, will give an introductory overview of the FairWild Standard – including a five–minute animated film. He’ll share some of the stories behind the growers OHTC has been working with, and he’ll run through some of the well-known natural products brands who are using FairWild ingredients. Matt will end with a short film showing clips of some of the company’s FairWild projects.
